When I’m feeling stressed, I picture myself relaxing in a remote cabin, and I thought it would be fun to draw the cabin I picture. My favorite colors to play with are orange and green- comforting and organic.

I drew this after playing the video game Firewatch, so I guess you could call this fan art! The orange and pink colors here are a little more experimental- a little spooky. I like drawing fan art that’s so subtle that if you’re not familiar with the source material, it just looks like art.
