I grew up in a Chicagoland suburb with a huge interest in art, movies and television and a passion for toys and toy collecting. I am lucky enough to have started learning how to use graphic design programs in high school, and in college I got involved with the graphics team at our student radio station, helped represent my school at the National Student Advertising Competition, helped run an LGBT support group, tutored athletes, and completed 4 graphic design internships. I graduated with a Bachelor of Media Arts from Indiana University with a Concentration in Creative Advertising and a Specialization in Public Relations.

Immediately after I graduated, I started working as a production artist at Taylor Imprinted Sportswear designing t-shirts for big universities and small local clients. After that, I became the Events and Marketing Coordinator at the Monroe County Humane Association. At my current position at GreenLight Collectibles, I am fulfilling a long time dream of designing for toys and toy packaging. I also have a small art business called Ladybird Graphics, and I sell stickers, shirts, journals and buttons that I designed.
